Alright, this would be a problem if you move, but you could get some type of crane that carries tons to move it, so I see no downside.

Just put it in the perfect spot (on top of something) and then have something carry whats underneath it (because thousands of tons are transportable) then boom just a really ridiculously hard to move super computer
