I have lucid nightmares in real life from-time-to-time, & I don't find them scary. I actually enjoy them (although slightly awkwardly).

Y"know lucid dreams are often used to gain control over your nightmares and control them. So this basically just means training, and eventually, once you win you'll basically be a god whenever you dream.
