One of the main aspects of being a time lord is being able to regenerate, it's what makes the doctor different from humans, otherwise Rose could technically be a time lord with this, so it negates itself and I get regens. I win.

Timelords will live until injured to badly to continue living, so I can just live a life of time traveling until I get into a situation I can't escape from, and become mortally wounded. On top of that, they have to kill both my hearts before I die, so I'll be good
