Worth it if you recover eventually. You could ask people to pay for the cure and have appointments set up for extremely dire terminal illnesses. You could also choose to make it free for certain individuals if they can't afford it. Use the money to fund the research for curing many diseases.

probably refreshing. unless you see wherever the person was headed, like hell for bad people. to be fair, you could probably help torture bad people but you"re dean winchester then
