I won't use it for deadly disease or injury. I would only use it for small stuff depending on the situation. It"s not selfish because someone is still gonna end up with cancer.

too much responsibility, you'd never have a day off. Everyone will expect you to cure everyone every single day, you would be in constant suffering because you couldnt handle the guilt of missing people out.
