step 1 my friend wish's that i give him the power to fulfill any wish he has. step 2 i wish to him that i can fulfill any wish i have. step 3 i make myself have inter-universe teleportation and shape-shifting.

The fact that you CAN'T USE THIS FOR YOURSELF! Sure you could have someone make wishes for you BUT, chances are they'll stab you in the back & not do what you asked them to.

i'm not sure if making someone wish for your dreams would work. a wish is more like a desire. if you find someone with the same desire then it should work.
