I would choose the power to change probabilities. What's the probability to win the loterry? 1 in how many billions? Make that 100% (1 in 1). What's the chance that the side effect of this power will just dissappear? 0%? Make that 100% as well.

One of my super powers is negating all side effects from everything. Meds, this button, even things you don't think of having side effects, like laziness!
