No. That's not as heroic as you think it is. They should experience their own pain as you experience your own. Saying something like "But if you feel theirs, they feels yours" that would be an infinite loop of increasing pain that would in the end kill you.

If they never felt pain, they would never know something is broken, bruised, etc.. So taking away their ability to know when to rest and heal, would actually just hurt them more.
