Loophole: Don't use a bath or a shower. Just clean yourself in the sink or with a bucket or something. It'll be time-consuming, but possible.

To the commenters who think they have a loophole: the definition of bathing is not being in a bathroom. People bathed themselves long before running water existed and pools or rivers are most certainly covered under the "side effects".
