If time is frozen how can seconds even pass? The power itself prevents the downside therefor no death would occur.

If the power only follows the seconds that’s happening in slowed down time, then it’d kill more children. BUT, if it followed real life time (as in the time other people perceive) you’d prolly kill only a couple of children

No time passes, no death can occur.. and there is no rule that states YOU are immune to the time freeze. Basically ya doom the entire everythng, an african kid is the least of your problems :D no button click for me! :D
