But in a way, not taking the money could be the more selfish option. Where does it say you have to spend the money purely on your own needs? You could give the money to those who need it far more than you. Just because you aren't happy, doesn't mean you can't make others happy.

This is of those dumb ones. Money CAN buy you happiness. Sure you'll get bored if all you do is have fun but with our progression, if you get bored of something, there is always something else to buy.
