While the government can inflate the economy 'one bastard' can make quite a large difference if you spend freely large corporations can spend money but they don't print it, so they won't inflate the dollar as much as you would in this situation.

Technically, you would be giving the infinite money to the people who you are giving it too, so you are taking a very small amount of everyone's money and giving it to one guy, so if you donate it to charity and stuff, your taking from the rich and giving to the poor.
