Correct me if I'm wrong, but it never said when they die. Just that they will. They gonna die no matter what, and the wishes doesn't effect them.

LOOPHOLE!! it says you cant wish them back, nor how they died, just wish for them to have somehow avoided the event/s in which the demise was supposed to happen, or wish that the deal never included a downside.
