If mental abilities could include superpowers, then you just need to develop telekinesis and move your body that way. which is basically the same as normal, since it uses the brain to move your limbs.

Well think about it, if your brain really can do things beyond the limits of standard society, then that includes telepathy, in which if you can master, you can just use that in stead of nero transmitters to move your body around. YAY LOOP HOLE
