If humanity survives by then we will have become the ultimate beings of the universe, we will know everything, definitly met (and probably conquered) many alien species, and will be the god of the universe. Also the universe won't collapse, it is actually growing at a faster rate not slowing down.

More time to see and do more things. Besides, death would suck, as it"d just be eternal nothingness anyways, and assuming religion is a thing, I"d be tortured eternally for having not believed in stuff that frankly sounds like the ramblings of a madman
