It wouldnt mean much to the world if cancer is cured. Maybe your relative or loved one may have been alive today had there been a cure, but millions die to diseases that the develop world doesnt worry about. What value is a single human life?

It says that only the people that have a cure for cancer. But so far, no one has cure for cancer. So you can still teleport without anyone dying.
