It wouldnt mean much to the world if cancer is cured. Maybe your relative or loved one may have been alive today had there been a cure, but millions die to diseases that the develop world doesnt worry about. What value is a single human life?

Each time you teleport, make sure it is exactly or below 45 centimeters. That way, you will never travel a meter at a time, and still be able to teleport forever, without killing anyone. There is no downside.

Just know that you can’t kill them all because not everybody are kids and scientists that know how to cure cancer, also if you read really carefully, it says that kids that know how to cure cancer as well, LOOPHOLE, so not many people will die
