The thing is that your nerves don't transmit the signal of touch anymore. That basically just means being carefull not to hurt yourself (not knowingly), but also your hormones do still know you are being touched. That means if you hug or kiss you will still get a happy/good feeling.

I would not not care if I could not feel anything, but being invisible? what if someone leaves you behind, what if people run into you cause they think your not there? what if you get ran over by a bus or car because no one saw you? being invisible leads to death very quickly!!
