So in other words, the pill has a 50% chance to kill you by sucking the fat out of your body, a 50% chance to kill you, ignoring the above effect, and a 100% chance you die regardless of the pill effect.

There"s a minimum abount of fat, you have to have, to not die. There"s a 100% chance you die. Also boobs are mostly made up by fat (if they"re real) so for all the women that pressed this button that would mean no more boobies...
