I will not because the world would come to an end because of over population and that would cause wars over territory, food and supplies. No matter how good that would sound the world we know would come to an end. Every single nuke in this would can destroy the earth 3-6 times.

It would suck for me, but if I didn't, I'd be miserable knowing I could have made everybody happy. I think I'd really rather die than look at the news or see someone hurting and know I could've prevented it, every single day. So yeah, this whole dilemma just sucks overall.
