This is especially great if I get to choose who dies. If I don't like letting that pwrson die, rewind to before they die, and someone else will die. Repeat this process until someone you don't care about dies instead.

THERE IS NO DOWNSIDE: if you don't use your superpower, nobody dies. But it's good to have it because if you need to use it to kill someone like Hitler then it would be worth to sacrifice someone you know
