Technically, x-ray vision only let's you see through things depending on it's intensity. You can't turn it off, but you can lower it's strength to the point where you can't see through htings, then up it to see through what you want to. Or set it REALLY high and kill the people you hate.

You're dumb, X-Ray vision is to see the skeleton of something. When someone goes to the doctor to get an X-ray, lets say on the arm, you just don't see the skin? And if she were to get her chest area scanned, her breasts wouldn't appear on the screen.
