I like digimon,the story is way different than pokemon that alway uses the "let"s find all the leaders and defeat a team that will try to capture pokemons". ( I like pokemon too but I prefer dig).

Really depends on what lifespan you're going by. In Digimon World 1, digimon only lived a few days.
