Some of these idiots don't know how percentages work. It will ALWAYS be 1% chance. It doesn't matter how many times you pause time, the 1% chance stays the same.

I'll just pause it once for a while until I'm ready to unpause if I ever need to. If I'm about to get stabbed, I'll pause time, take the person"s knife away from him, put it in his foot, do as much as I could possibly want or need to do, unpause, then never do so again unless I'm in danger again

At least to have the ability, I'd usually never use it because of the risk, but it's be dumb not to have it just in case you really needed it

Can you function while time is frozen? It needs to compensate for the lack of progression and the fashion of which that happens would prevent it from being unfrozen.
