Slowpokes grow back their tails, and sometimes even eat them themselves. They have no problem with eating their tails or having them eaten.

I'm not vegetarian but I barely eat meat at all. there is, literally no downside to this because it says "anytime YOU eat meat" soo.... like 10 Pokemon would die over the course of 1 year

I don't see a downside, tho. Pokemon are basically just animals in an alternate universe, so whenever you would have a cheeseburger in the real world you would have a Miltank burger in the Pokemon world. It's the same difference. Plus they can pour out an infinite amount of babies so
