The negative side to this button just makes sense, you would still age while the world around you stops or slows. That's why the power is useful, because you still act at normal speed while everything else is stopped/slowed.

Use your power at the same you only need to turn off your timer and all of your clocks the power comes from you so that means you control it no need to turn off all the clocks in the world

Honestly I despise these ones, like it’s supposed to be a dilemma, if it’s something where you can press the button and still be able to experience life as if you’ve never pressed it, then it’s not a dilemma, it’s just a free superpower
