Rich term varies in human values someone could have infinite money and still be considered poor by said person so,if said button press were to be activated just put your value of "rich" low therefore making it "you will never be poor" executing the down side

rich can be an opinion.. ex: somebody lives in an area where themselves and most of the people around them live on three dollars a day can call me rich because i have more than three dollars a day but where i live i am not considered rich

is having exactly 1mil considered rich? because while it is a lot of money, i think that it would just place you firmly in the upper-middle class here
