I can use my money to ask someone to cure it. Of you think that"s impossible, there"s actually a theoretical process I can think of. You actually want to trigger the AIDS to get out. Then remove them using medication. Then modify the genes of some infected cells to stop it from making AIDS.

There is already billions maybe trillions spent on finding a cure so 100 mil defiantly won't help much, however with the time machine from the last button and the "knowing when I die" from another I can go 10 yrs before my natural death and the use this one. Yah, I'm the life hack master
