If I can stop time, that means that I am stepping out side of the normal stream of time. This means that I am selecting a moment in time to preserve, and as I am unaffected, that means that time is still acting on me. I would expect and accept this.

You could destroy something easily . If Kinetic energy exists in stoped time , the build - up motion from punches or touches on an item can make is move with a speed equal the physical interactions . With this knowledge , you could remove a door with light speed if you do this enough .
