This is actually the best. Stop time to sleep, since you age anyway whilst sleeping. Wake up, still have plenty of time to do whatever the hell you want.

Why does no one seem to know that time when stopped doesn't exist you can say you continue to age all you want you wouldn't age a bit because the time itself is stopped so even with your perception of it is still in tact time doesn't move so you do not age

Stopping time is pointless as you won't be able to do anything while time is stopped.

If I can stop time, that means that I am stepping out side of the normal stream of time. This means that I am selecting a moment in time to preserve, and as I am unaffected, that means that time is still acting on me. I would expect and accept this.
