No. With this power you essentially exist outside of time for an instant. If you die you suddenly are dead. Everyone else won't notice a difference...

This is actually the best. Stop time to sleep, since you age anyway whilst sleeping. Wake up, still have plenty of time to do whatever the hell you want.

So use only in extremely sensitive situations, like a fire change, or an earthquake, or another calamities / very sensitive situations. Anything else can be accomplished with time flowing normally.

Why would you ever say no to this? There is literally no downside. Pressing the button gives you a power and then gives you a limitation on the power. If you don't want to have a shorter life, don't stop time. This just gives you the option to stop time.

Why does no one seem to know that time when stopped doesn't exist you can say you continue to age all you want you wouldn't age a bit because the time itself is stopped so even with your perception of it is still in tact time doesn't move so you do not age
