Troll the world. Everyone now knows that I can make their lives worse, except people who seek me out because they WANT a sex change. I would charge them $10 each. They get what technology still can't quite offer them, and I get $10 for one seconds work.

A gender change or a sex change? Your sex is your biological features, but your gender is how you feel. Do you feel male on the inside? Do you feel more feminine? Should be change sex not gender.
