It means all bad things concerning numbers are DOUBLED. Ex: pay reduction instead of 1% would be 2%.

I think what it means is that every downside on all of the other buttons that you pressed are now twice as bad (e.g. if the downside was that someone in your family would die then instead it would be two people in your family.) understand? fine then fuck you! I quit!
