It means all bad things concerning numbers are DOUBLED. Ex: pay reduction instead of 1% would be 2%.

Do your people realise your can wish for that's too not happen? No limitations= no downside. WISH for no bad luck, WISH not too have anything bad doubled. It's that's easy.
