immortal means you live forever unless something kills you like jellyfish just buy a jellyfish and feed it and it wont die but you would die because of pain increase you have to remember immortal doesnt mean invulnerable

Immortal has various meanings, which may not mean invulnerable, you can still be hurt, but, the pain is the only side effect. Aside from that, pressing that button caused like 0 pain, 0 times anything is still 0
