Your personality, and all of your memories are stored as electrical pulses in your brain so a transplant would just swap your body without curing your insanity. Also there is a small chance that after a transplant your brain would be unable to communicate with the new body.

Note that it says; "within" and not "in", so that could just as easily imply that you'll kill yourself tomorrow. Not that it makes a difference for me personally, but just to put that out there..
