Goodness for mankind is so poorly defined, I imagine powers will not be used not even once. Mankind gets exactly what is good for them already, whether we understand it or not.

I just have to use the power that allow me to create a pill or something that would give power to somebody ( for the good of mankind of course ) and then I return to my normal self, I loose my powers and regain it from my creation, then I destroy it.
