immortality wont work since YOU WILL DIE. no matter what. just get the power to rise from the dead or be able to transform into a phoenix. then you will never really ""die"" and you can fly and shit.

See, the power of immortality is automattically ruled out by the condition... BUT just cause you have to die doesnt mean you have to stay dead, so the power to return from the dead.

You technically die anytime your heart stops for a long period of time. I could give myself the gift of fast healing, so that if I have an accident after three years that makes my heart stop, the paramedics will be able to bring me back

I would have the Power of Omnipotence. I could make ANYTHING, no matter the abstractness, realness, impossibility or overall paradoxal it is with no negative consequences. I would replace dying in 3 years with "You become God's supreme overlord with way more power than everything" #CounterLogic
