Just act like a normal person living a normal life but if danger comes your way, there`s no fear of dieing. If you were still mortal in that situation you`ll still be able to feel pain AND there`s a fear of dieing.

You don't get injuries, but a blow that should leave an injury is still felt like getting said injury... Like getting kicked in the leg will feel like a kick in the leg for a short while...
