your salary is x your tax is -y (- because it gets taken away) so profit = x - y new profit = 2x - 1.5y x increases more than y unless you have o or negative x salary so press it!

50% of people wanted to get double income but have to pay taxes 50% more. While 50% didn't get either. Basicly 50% did press the button and 50% didn't. I also said fifty in numbers, five times. :3

I choose to interpret this as net income rather than gross income since the button doesn't specify. That way regardless of what my taxes are I would still be making twice as much after taxes as I did before. But even if it was gross income I would still ... [Show full comment]

Just use your money to pay off the extra taxes like dang. And if you have a super low income, then welp it"s your fault for not going to college or at least trying. Seriously. If you went to college, you won't have to worry about having a low income.

There are a few people for whom this would be a worse deal, since they're below a certain tax limit that would also apply, but most people like myself would just see about a 25% net gain, depending on the tax system in place.
