The best computer with the best internet would be able to download anything in a matter of seconds, also you don't lose your current computer, so if you need to store something, use that one. This computer would be horrible for offline gamers tho

Edit:factory resets are compensated by having all wanted programs installed. It will be a tablet too and have resolution at least 1920x1200 or even 2560x2048
