I chose "no" because that diet would literally kill you from malnutrition. Aside from that I like broccoli so it'd be an acceptable trade.

Downside is that you"d probably die. A diet of only vegetables, let alone only broccoli, would end up causing serious malnutrition problems.

OK no. You can live off of POTATOES, but not broccoli. Perfectly fine with broccoli, but you don't have all of the nutrients you need to live in it. So no. You would be dead in the first month of having your Eevee. Fuck, the thing"s on drugs anyway. It"s a pokeman, not a Pokémon.
