It doesn't say I can't change it. So in order to fix my emotionless downside, one of my superpower is to be able to give anyone the ability to feel Joy, sadness, anxiety, anger, etc.

My superpower would be able to do anything that is currently impossible for someone else to do. Since nobody can override this rule, I can override this rule, meaning I get emotions, and I get a bunch of other weird powers. Ta dah!
