It"s know that most invertebrates do not feel pain so you can transforme to them and you wouldn't suffer any pain.. (invertebrates are animals that don't have a backbone, like octopuses, butterflies and many more not interesting but kinda useful animals)

Either only use it as a last resort or shapeshift into a version of yourself that doesn't feel pain or shape shift into versions of things without pain receptors
