Wait so you can activate the power when people aren't looking at you but that doesn't mean that it would inactivate when they look at you

no because even if they look towards your direction when you are invisible , it is not the same as "looking at you"

Technically people can't see you when you're invisible so you're stuck there forever. See no downside considering I could wear a mask or something and clothes or something which reveals where I am when i want to be seen.

What"s the point in having that power? Animals can still smell you and robots can still be aware of your presence, so this power is technically pointless.
