Deep philosophical thing: If your can't feel pain, you can't feel. No doing anything anymore because you can't walk, can't walk because you don't know when your feet touch the floor. Same with video games, and everything else. Pain is just exaggerated feeling.

I dont car about the no feeling pain part cuz i dont want immunity. You will loose your loved ones and if the world ends then you will never go to *insert your religion"s afterlife here*. Plus pain helps tell you if something is damaged in your body like a cut or broken bone

Lmao just sleep when you get to the silence. Technically the boredom couldn't harm you. However, after eternity id imagine everything seems to blur together and once meaningful things become fleeting seconds, thus invalidating the point of life.
