It doesn't say WHEN in the month. You could do it on the last day of one month and the first day of the next, then wait nearly two months and repeat on the last day of the third month and so and so. It"s like a loophole

I am trans and honestly, this sounds like a win both ways. I get to transition and I get to show off to everyone at a gathering that I'm hotter than them (or a child, ew).
