It doesn't say WHEN in the month. You could do it on the last day of one month and the first day of the next, then wait nearly two months and repeat on the last day of the third month and so and so. It"s like a loophole

I don't see a downside to this, your making someones dream come true, imagining their face light up when they see you as their favorite character. And taking them to prom would probably prove so many people wrong about them.I pushed the button in a heartbeat.
