That's good, because no matter how you try to defend them, PokÃ©balls are used for inhumane purposes. Trainer battles are practically just dogfights. It's disgusting. Fun game, though.

Pokemon fight. It"s what they do. Many can't complet their life cycle without battling. Trainers add regulations in order to prevent the pokemon from getting hurt.

I think the show has proven that you don't need Stockholm Syndrome to make friends with pokemon, which seem to be unsettlingly intelligent for animals. I shall curry favour from our eventual pokemon overlords and live in luxury during the new world order.

I can still train them though- I'm not sure the pokeball is what tames the pokemon. And there are plenty of other kinds too: MasterBalls, GreatBalls, HealBalls(?), QuickBalls- this list can go on... But I'm lazy. So yea- cATCH THESE POKEBALLS BITCH!
