Well some of my advantages in some scenarios erase the downsides in others. Why not? Also, how do you make 1.5 times worse if the downside isn't quantifiable? Like what it means to have 1.5 of your family die?

I can just, oh I don't know, not press the button? If there is a bad con, then I simply won't press it. Then I can when there are loopholes or the person who created the button had as shitty or non-existent downside.

i remember i once pressed the button on one that said "you get a tail that acts as a new limb, but you step on it atleast once a day" so i do not want to get another limb stepped on

So... Before button situation: Pro - Con = Balance (i.e. 2 - 2 = 0) This button situation: Pro - (Con x 1.5) = Loss (i.e. 2 - 3 = -1) Math. Saving us from bad decisions since forever.
