Master incredibly specific things like "master the art of taking tomorrow"s history test" or "master the ability to design America"s next stealth fighter" then later you could master other specific tests or specific tasks in your job or whatnot.

My ability mastery would be mastering the ability to master abilities. So as soon as I learn how to learn how to learn abilities (try to follow along) I would then forget the first how to learn, leaving me with the ability to master any ability KABOOM!
