This is one of the worse cons i seen, there is nothing that will extend your life or keep you in health so you will probably weak up really week and, depending on your age, you can die even before awakening.

When you sleep your brain cleans it"s self (grammar doesn't matter) that helps prevent mental diseases like altimeters and dementia, so you never have to worry about that if you don't have to sleep

50% of your life is spent asleep. Assuming i live to about 70-75, i just added 35 yrs onto my life at the cost of 20. 15 net years.

yeah but you trade 20Y of your life being young and healthy and would probably live 15years shorter due to your body suffering by not getting movement at all for 20 years. it would be insane.
